C3G was founded by an experienced team of consulting professionals who have more than 70 years of combined experience in IT, with particular expertise in project management and global sourcing. Members of our leadership team have managed large, complex projects and staffing engagements in key industries, including telecom, public sector, healthcare, insurance, consumer goods, and high tech. Our experience spans the US, UK, Europe, India, and Asia-Pacific.

Linda Welsh, President and CEO

Linda is a dynamic and innovative business executive and is recognized for strong operation and P&L management ability. She is a proven leader who has demonstrated her ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain quality professionals and manage large, complex professional services and project management engagements for Fortune 500 clients in the US, UK, and India.

Linda honed her management experience when she was appointed Managing Director of a health service company developing a hospital information system for the British National Health System. Later, she had the opportunity to start the business development department for Sony Computer Entertainment – Europe. In this role, Linda negotiated key business deals on behalf of Sony with European and Japanese game companies. Her efforts contributed to the successful European launch of Sony’s PlayStation game console.

She returned to the US in the late 90s and, most recently, worked for Keane, Inc, a business consulting and information technology services company. While at Keane, she held the position of Regional Vice President, managing the companies’ $90M California operation and leading large global project teams at PacifiCare, Toyota, PMI, and Countrywide.

As President and CEO of C3G, Linda is responsible for leading the company, driving sales, overseeing solution delivery, building client relationships, and ensuring financial success.

John Richards, Vice President Business Development

John Richards brings significant and diverse experience in the IT staffing and solutions industry to the C3G family.

Prior to joining C3G, John held national business development responsibilities with Spherion/Technisource where he regularly engaged and lead sales, marketing, pricing, and delivery teams. These responsibilities covered local and national efforts.

 In recent years, John expanded his expertise into the IT solutions industry by engaging with Fortune 1000 clients in the development, initiation and completion of infrastructure, major ERP projects, and establishing new outsourcing initiatives.

John’s focus is on business development, and the leadership of C3G’s staffing operations team. John is an active community volunteer, serving with the St. Baldrick’s Children’s Cancer Foundation, The Surf Rider Foundation, and is currently the National President of the Irish American Business Network. John lives in Newport Beach, California where he enjoys his family, hockey, politics, and the beach. .

Russ Cappellino Jr., Technology Solutions Group

Russ brings more than 27 years of operations experience with expertise in global information technology, business consulting, and customer support. He has been responsible for client server application development, client/mainframe outsourcing, disaster recovery planning, and service delivery projects for large clients, including CSX and Railinc.

He has held a variety of progressive management positions in the information technology services industry. As a Sr. Vice President at Metamor, a multinational IT services firm, he was responsible for 400 employees, $80 million in revenue, and the management of consulting projects encompassing US-based operations and three India-based offshore development centers.

As Director of the Technology Solutions Group for C3G, Russ is responsible for building end-to-end client solutions as well as pre-sales through post-implementation support.

Dorece Norris, MD, Healthcare Vertical

Dr. Norris serves as a healthcare consultant to C3G and to our clients. She has more than twenty years of experience as a practicing physician. She founded the Center for Quality Care and has served as an Associate Medical Professor at The University of South Florida, School of Medicine. She is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

She has extensive experience as a provider working for major hospital groups, managing drug research organizations, and as a customer of insurance companies. C3G draws on her expertise and insight to provide patient-centric, high-quality, and valued-based solutions that target the specific challenges faced by the healthcare and life sciences sector.
