Program and Project Health Check

With our Program and Project Management Health Check service, C3G provides early detection of at-risk projects and recommends mitigation activities to keep the initiatives on track. We develop a documented report of your organization’s program/project “health” by analyzing the people involved, processes utilized, financial tracking mechanisms, technology requirements, and inter-group relationships. With C3G’s Health Check, you’ll be able to spot current risks and diagnose potential problems while identifying ways to ensure that all projects will be completed on-time, on-budget, and to specification.

Program and Project Rescue

Despite an IT team’s best efforts, there are times when programs and projects go wrong. C3G’s Project Rescue service repositions your organization for sustainable success. We offer three levels of service:
  • Executive management level: For a specific project, C3G determines core project problems and recommends corrective actions to executive management to get the project back on track. This service can be extended to working alongside current project managers to implement recommendations.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) level: C3G provides consulting services and mentoring to your company’s PMO for running projects at a governance level. C3G can either provide support to the PMO or assume responsibility and management of the PMO.
  • Project manager level: C3G provides skilled and experienced project managers to assume management responsibilities for failing projects.
